Just wondering: do the Dems in Congress have enough oomph and backing to manage to tack in a rider on any privatization legislation that simply removes the cap on FICA?

Seems to me that it might be a good idea to add pings to blo.gs, weblogs.com, blogrolling.com, etc. into the Scoop code for the site - I don't know how many folks are using those services to track when content has changed, but aren't they also used for blogrolls that show when content has changed? As far as a lot of folks are concerned, it's quite possible that dKos has simply stopped updating.
